Overrented is operated by n34t, LLC (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.

Not legal or financial advice

Overrented gives you market data and writing to help you talk to your landlord. It is not legal, financial or real estate advice, and using it doesn't create any professional relationship. Rent and tenancy rules vary by place; check local rules or ask a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

The data

Rent figures are estimates for an area, based on third-party public data (Zillow Observed Rent Index; U.S. Census Bureau). They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your unit. We don't guarantee any outcome from a negotiation.

Purchases

Kits are one-time purchases ($12 each, in US dollars) processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions. If a kit doesn't help, email hello@n34t.com within 30 days and we'll refund it.

Your content

You're responsible for what you send to your landlord. Review and edit any letter before you use it. Don't use Overrented to harass anyone or to misrepresent facts.

The service

We provide Overrented as is and may change or stop it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Overrented is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
